What we receive
From a request — the service, the task description and a contact for the reply; optionally — your name, budget, deadline, website address and the chat with the assistant if you chose to attach it.
Why
Only to reply to your request and discuss the work.
Conversations with the assistants
Texts and voice are sent to OpenAI for recognition and answers. On our server the chat is kept in memory for up to an hour and is not written to disk unless you attach it to a request. We do not keep voice recordings.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. You can ask us to delete a request earlier through the form.
